By subscribing to or using Tivo4K, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use our service.

2. Service Description

Tivo4K provides an Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) streaming service offering live TV channels, movies, series, and sports content. The service is available on compatible devices including Smart TVs, Android, iOS, Amazon FireStick, and MAG boxes.

3. Account Registration

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Subscriptions are available in 1, 3, 6, and 12-month plans.
  • All payments are processed securely. We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and major credit cards.
  • Subscriptions are non-transferable.
  • Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple simultaneous streams beyond your subscription plan (1 connection at a time).
  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to our service.
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the service.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from our service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content streamed through Tivo4K is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content provided through our service without express written permission.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service and shall not be liable for any interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Refunds upon termination for violations are not provided.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tivo4K shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or appropriate legal proceedings.
